Chef-inspired and dietitian-approved, Profile Fresh offers nutritious, wholesome, and delicious dishes designed to fit your lifestyle. Ready-made with high-quality ingredients and convenience in mind, our meals are delivered fresh to your door – just heat and enjoy!
Place an order of 5, 10, or 15 meals at a time and they will be delivered to your doorstep in a temperature-controlled package. From there, your meals are good for approximately 2 weeks in the refrigerator, but make sure to check the best by date listed on the individual meals. When you’re ready to eat, just follow the simple instructions to heat and enjoy.
All meals come in vacuum-sealed packaging that allows for mess free shipping and a 14-day shelf life, all without any added preservatives. When ordering please be aware that the 14 day shelf life does not include transit time so when they arrive at your destination they will have roughly 11-13 days of remaining shelf life.
Meals range from $8.49-9.99 plus shipping.
Meals must be ordered in quantities of 5, 10, or 15 per order. If you’d like more than 15 you will need to place two separate orders.
We ship all orders on Tuesdays. Shipping time is 1-3 days, but depends on your location. A FedEx tracking number will be provided on your order shipment notification e-mail and will give you a more detailed delivery date. The exact time of day your meals will be delivered is dependent on FedEx's delivery schedule for your area.
Orders placed by Sunday at 8:00PM CST will be shipped on the following Tuesday and delivered 1-3 days later.
Shipping is available to all states except Alaska & Hawaii.

Food safety is our top priority. That is why all of our meals are made in a USDA inspected facility under the highest standards of safety and cleanliness. However, food safety does not stop at the kitchen. To ensure that our meals reach you safely we ship our meals in insulated shippers with enough gel ice to keep your meals under 40 degrees at least 12 hours after they are delivered. The gel packs may be partially thawed upon delivery which is totally fine. As long as your meals are “cool” to the touch they are good to eat or store in the fridge until their expiration date.
No, because the meals are fresh all sales are final.

We encourage all members to sign-up for a subscription membership to receive a 5% discount on each meal. You can also receive a one-time discount of 10% off if you opt-in for email notifications. That offer is valid with the subscription so you can receive a total of 15% off your first order.
No, Profile Fresh is not included in food bundles at this time.
Our goal with Profile Fresh is to support you through all phases of Profile, which is why we have meals that fit different phases. The Profile Fresh website displays the appropriate protocol and Profile exchange on each individual meal’s main page. There is also a filter option to select meals based on diet, meal type, and Profile protocol.
Profile Fresh should replace a grocery food meal within your plan as follows: Reduce: 1 meal Adapt: 2 meals Sustain: 3 meals
